"I was a Customer of State Farm Ins. My experience with the Agent "Paula Boyd" was messy. She's a lair and she will miss lead you along with manipulate you. Poor customer service, unprofessional, uncaring and uncooperative. If I could not give her any stars because she do not deserve any. ."

"My husband and I made contact with Ms. Paula in June of 2018, shortly before moving to Hampton Virginia. We bought a home and were permanently settling down here from NJ.
